SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE

Fees for Notary public services in Pennsylvania are set by the Secretary of the Commonwealth with the approval of the Attorney General. However, a notary public is allowed to charge administrative or clerical fees for services they provide in addition to the notarization fees of a document.** *Please note that we are operating in very limited capacity at this time due to the COVID-19 global health pandemic.The process involves additional safety steps to appointment management and travel time. We hope to resume normal operations later in 2020 once the global crisis has passed.

Notary Services :
All fees are posted and presented for customer review. Fees are collected at the time of service.
Duration: 20minutes/appointment management- admin/clerical service fee $40(**additional time beyond twenty minutes is billed at $25 per twenty minutes or fraction thereof; All the fees, charges are non refundable and collected at the time of service) plus Stamp and registration fees listed below:
Taking an acknowledgment........................................... $5.00
(Each additional name) ................................................. $2.00
Administering an oath or affirmation (per individual) .... $5.00
Taking a verification on oath or affirmation .................... $5.00
Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature) .......$5.00
Certifying or attesting a copy of a record or deposition transcript (per copy)...... $5.00
Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument (per page) .. $3.00

Mobile Notary Per Trip Charge (up to 5 miles one way)....... $45.00
Mobile Notary Per Trip Charge (over 5 miles one way)........ $55.00 + $1.00/per mile
Duration: 45minutes (additional time is billed at $65 per thirty minutes or fraction thereof):
*** Please note that the mobile notary trip fee is in addition to listed Notary charges and any other applicable fee(s) for additional services requested during each trip. In addition, the trip fee covers up to forty-five (45) minutes of time at the location to complete any notarization. Additional time beyond forty-five (45) minutes is billed at $65.00 per thirty minutes or fraction thereof. Any wait time for an appointment beyond 10 minutes will be charged $35 flat for single 15minutes grace period. All the fees are non refundable and must be paid upfront(including cancelled or no notarization trips)Trip Charges, Notary charges, fees are collected at the time of service.***
